Regulatory networks involved in modulating fat deposition in pigs identified by gene co-expression analysis

Figura científica PMC{$pmc_id}
The data used to construct the modules for the 1.5% soybean oil group (SOY1.5) illustrates the associations between the module eigengenes (ME) listed in the rows and the fatty acids (FA) listed in the columns. The numbers outside the parentheses are Pearson’s correlation coefficients, while those inside represent p-values. Red indicates a positive correlation, and blue indicates a negative correlation. FA: palmitoleic acid (PA), oleic acid (OA), α-linolenic acid (ALA), total saturated FA (SFA), total unsaturated FA (PUFA), total monounsaturated FA (MUFA), PUFA: SFA ratio, omega 6: omega 3 (n-6: n-3) ratio, and atherogenic index (AI). Subsequent analyses used a P-value of less than 0.05
